Minimum 8 years experience in HVAC and/or Refrigeration repair or installations.
Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Capable of supervising periodic maintenance.
Able to work provide crew with on-site supervision.
Problem Solving / Solution Provider with a Can-Do Attitude.
Assist in or prepare detailed estimates for jobs.
Able to drive and shape policies and procedures that are positive for everyone..
Able to lead projects that are on time, under budget, and have superior quality.
Eager to attend trade schools and/or our internal training classes as needed.
Great work ethic (Hard Working and Always On Time).
Able to present oneself as an honest and polite professional at all times.
Good driving record and familiar with the Metro DC Area.

Commercial Foodservice Field Supervisors
