Training and Education

Tech-24 is a firm believer that we must keep current on all of the equipment that we service.  We are a member of CFESA and we require our technicians to pass CFESA certification tests as a prerequisite for advancement at Tech-24.  We have 2 training rooms and we employ a full-time trainer in our facility. We are dedicated to continuing education and we invite numerous manufacturers to our headquarters each year to host training sessions on their equipment for our technicians.  We have partnered with the Virginia Department of Labor and offer apprenticeship programs in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical and Plumbing to ensure that our technicians are always current on the various equipment and changes in their trades.  Education, knowledge and experience are the foundation to building any World Class organization and we at Tech-24 embrace all of these principles.
